Hello. I’m John Nugent. I'll be your facilitator during the web workshops as well as your online mentor in MyQuest for this program. I've been a trainer, facilitator, consultant and team coach with global organisations for over 25 years, specialising in business improvement, leadership, team development, change management and organisational change and transformation. I see these MyQuest Missions and your responses to them as a great way to have an extended and thoughtful conversation with you as individuals and a group. It is a great opportunity for you to share thoughts, ideas and feedback with your online MEP community, like you would in a social media group, and also to get some one-to-one advice or feedback, from me, when you need it. It is different from an 'intense face to face workshop', but there are many advantages in learning together in this way. It does demand some discipline and with both the missions and web workshops expect to spend roughly 20 hours learning time in total. I'm really looking forward to working on this topic with you over the next few weeks.
